We won a $5.6 million at trial for our client who was injured while a passenger in an automobile that was struck by a Private Bus. The plaintiff had suffered a severe and debilitating back injury. This was one of the 5th largest jury awards for a plaintiff injured in an automobile accident in New York State in 2002.

Automobile Accident—$4,650,000
We won $4.6 million at trial for a client who was a back seat passenger in South Carolina when a bus driver fell asleep and pushed the plaintiff’s vehicle off of the road. This case was settled after a trial.

Construction Worker, Fall on Job Site—$4,000,000
This case for a worker who was disabled after a floor collapsed beneath him at a construction worksite was settled before trial.

Construction Accident—$1,700,000
We won $1,700,000 for a worker who fell from a scaffold. He will receive tax-free payments for the rest of his life.

Elevator Accident—$1,175,000
We won $1,175,000 for a client who was injured when an elevator she was on malfunctioned. This case was settled after a trial. Part of her award will be put into a tax-free trust that will give her monthly payments for the rest of her life.

Automobile Accident—$700,000
We won $700,000 for a client who was in a car that was rear-ended by another vehicle. This case was settled after a trial.

Child Injured at Playcenter—$700,000
We won $700,000 for a child who was at a children’s play center and fell from a piece of defective equipment. This case was settled after a trial.

Accident at Home—Premises Care—$500,000
We won $500,000 for a woman who was scalded as a result of an improperly installed stove in her apartment. This case was settled before trial.

Automobile Accident—$425,000
We won $425,000 for a young boy who was struck by a car. The child suffered a concussion injury, and post-traumatic stress disorder that affected his school work. This case was settled during trial. The money will be held in trust for him until his 18th birthday.

Automobile Accident—$400,000
We won $400,000 for a school teacher in Westchester County who was struck by a car while crossing the street. This case was settled before trial.
