Heather Alcott is the Business Development Manager for all IT By Design locations. She is primarily responsible for fiscal revenue growth and development of U.S. and international sales teams. With over 10 years of sales and technology experience, Heather also directs the company’s marketing initiatives, while broadening vertical markets and establishing strong strategic partnerships.

Heather began her career helping small companies improve efficiencies by implementing specialized software programs and applications. She has become an expert in translating business goals into robust, secure, and affordable IT solutions. Known for her energy and enthusiasm, Heather has remained passionate about the critical value IT Consulting brings to all organizations.

Heather is a graduate of Georgetown University in Washington, DC.
