Prior to joining Savitt Partners, Elliot Zelinger was a principal of Seven Jems Realty Services, LLC., a boutique commercial real estate firm. Known for his exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to make a “creative” deal, Elliot has been servicing tenants throughout the New York metropolitan area since 2005. His specialties include office, retail, and industrial leasing.

Elliot began his real estate career as a property manager for buildings in the Bronx and Westchester, where he learned how to excel in the fast paced New York City marketplace. Within his first year in the business, he became a partner in his firm and led a team of four agents. In October of 2008, Elliot capitalized on a golden opportunity to combine his expertise and energy with the Bloom Real Estate Group team.

Elliot earned his bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Binghamton University, where he served as the head manager for the Men’s Basketball Team. He is currently a member of REBNY and applicant of the Young Men’s/ Women’s Real Estate Association. His charitable endeavors include Most Valuable Kids and GiveYourTime.org.
